WATERPROOFING

VEHICULAR & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC SURFACES

  • Sonneborn Tuf-Trac®: A water-based VOC-free, slip-resistant acrylic coating for asphalt and concrete.
  • Sonneborn Sonoguard Systems: Are composed of: Sonoguard® base coat, a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane, Sonoguard® top coat, a one-component aliphatic moisture-curing polyurethane, and Sonoguard® top coat tint base.
  • Sonneborn Conipur II Deck Coating Systems: A fluid-applied polyurethane waterproofing coating.
  • Polytuff Flexideck™ E-WD: For plywood & concrete decks. A liquid applied, high solids, water catalyzed polyurethane, waterproof pedestrian deck system.
  • Polytuff Flexideck™ E-MD: For marine & metal decks. A liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane, pedestrian traffic system for maritime decks and other metal surfaces.
  • Polytuff Flexideck™ E-ML: Heavy duty metal lath. A fluid applied, reinforced, polyurethane, water-catalyzed, waterproof decking system incorporating a e-tuff® sand slurry mixture installed over mechanically fastened metal lath, in combination with a top coating membrane.
  • Polytuff Flexideck™ P-A/P-B: Fire rated systems. A fluid-applied water-catalyzed, waterproof urethane decking system.
  • Polytuff Flexideck™ P-WD: Pedestrian deck systems. A liquid applied, high solids, water catalyzed polyurethane, waterproof pedestrian deck system.
  • Excel-Coat Pedestrian Traffic Systems: A three-step, fiberglass-reinforced, acrylic deck coating system designed for waterproofing deck surfaces.
  • Excel-Coat Fire System: A “Class A”, one-hour fire rated, acrylic deck coating system designed to provide a waterproof wearing surface for areas exposed to pedestrian traffic.
  • Excel-Coat KD Systems: A decorative latex modified cementitious coating that includes a base coat and texture coat, topped with an acrylic sealer.

CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING

  • Thoroseal Foundation Coating: A portland-cement-based waterproof coating for exterior below-grade concrete and masonry.
  • Anti-Hydro® Waterproof Cement Coat: An admixture for hydrolithic (cement coating) waterproofing exterior and interior, above and below grade, concrete and masonry surfaces.
  • Anti-Hydro® Hydroseal: Complete, easy-to-use cement coat hydrolithic water-proofing system that has been widely used to waterproof and protect concrete and masonry surfaces.
  • Anti-Hydro® Hydrocap: A crystalline waterproofing system used for capillary or crystalline waterproofing of below-grade concrete and masonry. Slurry and “shake-on” applied.
  • Aquafin Mortar-IC: Fast setting crystalline waterproof. repair & sealing mortar
  • Aquafin Mortar-LN: Waterproof cementitious repair & lining mortar
  • Aquafin Mortar-40: One-component, cementitious structural repair mortar
  • Aquafin Mortar-CA: Highly corrosion resistant cementitious liner, calcium aluminate formulation

CONTAINMENT COATINGS

  • Aquafin Vaportight® SG2 Epoxy: Surface-applied vapor / oil barrier coating, reduces water-vapor emissions of up to 25 lbs to 3 lbs or less
  • CIM 800: Below grade/roofing. Two-component systems that form a seamless, tough elastomeric coating.
  • CIM 1000: A liquid applied urethane coating forms a tough elastomeric liner that adheres to most substrates. Chemical and abrasion resistant barrier for waterproofing, corrosion protection, and containment of water and most aqueous chemicals.
  • CIM 1000 TG: A tough, liquid-applied, two-component, chemical and corrosion resistant urethane elastomer coating, chemically thickened to allow trowel applications with minimum sag.
  • CIM 1061 Potable Water Containment: A tough, abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistant, fluid-applied liner for use in water and wastewater applications including those requiring ANSI/NSF 61 potable water certification.
  • CIM 2000: The gray color coating contains no asphalt and is completely solvent free. ANSI/NSF 61 approved for potable water contact.

FOUNDATION & SPLIT SLAB APPLICATIONS

  • Sonneborn Hydrocide® 600/700: Cold-applied water-based emulsified-asphalt damp-proofing and vapor-retarding coatings for use on “green” or slightly damp surfaces.
  • Sonneborn HLM 5000®: A one-component, moisture-curing, bitumen-modified polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane for exterior below-grade or between-slab applications.
  • Sonnoshield® DBS 2000/6000/6200/9000: Constitute a series of polypropylene drain board systems.
  • Bakor Polybitume® 570-05: Polymer modified sealing compound is a high-quality, high solids, rubber asphalt caulking and saeling compound formulated to provide extra flexibility and good bond.
  • CIM 800 membranes: Below grade/roofing. two-component systems that form a seamless, tough elastomeric coating.
  • CIM 1000 membranes: Wastewater/chemical containment. Two-component systems that form a seamless, tough elastomeric coating.

DECORATIVE WATERPROOF COATINGS

  • Mastertop 580/585/590/595: For waterproofing applications the base coat must be Mastertop® 590 DC or Mastertop® 550i.
  • Sonoshield® 580 DC: A cementitious coating specifically formulated to increase bonding adhesion for Sonoshield® 595 DC, 590 DC, and 585 DC. It can be used as the background or grout line color for each system.
  • Sonoshield® 590 DC: A one-component polymer-modified cementitious coating used to protect and beautify concrete, mortar, or masonry.
  • Sonoshield® 595 DC: A two-component polymer-modified cementitious coating used to protect and beautify concrete, mortar, and masonry. It should be used only as a topcoat with a base coat of Sonoshield® 590 DC, Sonoshield® 580 DC, or Masterseal® 550i. For waterproofing applications the base coat must be Mastertop® 590 DC or Mastertop® 550i.
  • Excel-Coat Pedestrian Traffic Systems: A three-step, fiberglass-reinforced, acrylic deck coating system designed for waterproofing deck surfaces.
  • Excel-Coat Fire System: A “class A”, one-hour fire rated, acrylic deck coating system designed to provide a waterproof wearing surface for areas exposed to pedestrian traffic.

PRIMERS

  • Sonnolastic® Primer 733/766: Primer 733 is a quick-drying solvent-based primer for priming joints and substrates before application of Sonolastic® NP 1™, TX 1, NP 2™, ultra, SL 1™, SL 2™, and Sonolastic® 150 Series Sealants. Primer 766 is a high-solids, low-VOC solvent-based primer for priming joints and substrates before application of Sonolastic® NP 1™, TX 1, NP 2™, and ultra sealants.
  • Sonnolastic® Primer 2000: A quickdrying solvent-based primer for Sonneborn’s line of silyl-terminatedpolyether sealants, Sonolastic® 150 and Sonolastic® 150 tint base.
  • Pecora P75 Primer: Film forming primer for use with urethane based sealant on porous surfaces.
  • Pecora P100: Fast drying general purpose sealant primer.
  • Pecora P120: Surface modifying primer for use with silicone and urethane based sealants on non-porous surfaces.

INDUSTRIAL FLOORING

  • Epolith®-P & Epolith®-G: Are two-part 100% solids epoxy joint fillers. Self-leveling Epolith®-P provides an abrasion and puncture-resistant seal suitable for high-traffic horizontal joints. Gun-grade epolith®-G provides a pick and puncture-resistant seal for sloped and vertical joints.
  • TF 100: A two-component self-leveling 100% solids polyurea control joint filler designed to protect joints in industrial concrete floors subject to hard wheels and heavy loads.

PARKING & SIDEWALK JOINTS

  • Sonolastic SL1™: A one-component nonpriming, self-leveling elastomeric polyurethane designed for expansion joints in concrete floors and decks.
  • Sonolastic SL2™: A multi-component, self-leveling, elastomeric polyurethane sealant that is mixed and poured in place.

GLAZING & SANITARY

  • Sonneborn Omniseal™ 50: A ready-to-use medium-modulus, neutral-cure silicone construction sealant. it forms a bond to many substrates without a primer.

ADHESIVES

  • Sonneborn® Premium Adhesive: A highength, high-solids, low-VOC polyurethane adhesive that is 3 times stronger than conventional adhesives.

BACK UP MATERIALS

  • Sonolastic® Closed-Cell Backer-Rod: Is a closed-cell, polyethylene foam joint-filler and backing for elastomeric sealants. its resilience accommodates dynamic joints.
  • Sonolastic® Soft Backer-Rod: Is a reticulated closed-cell polyethylene foam joint-filler and backing for sealants. It compresses easily to accommodating joints of varying widths.

ROOF MEMBRANES

  • SRP RoofShield: A 3-ply spun bonded polypropylene fabric that is used as a breathing underlay for sloped roofs. It is waterproof, U.V. stabilized, rot proof & tear resistant.
  • SRP WallShield: A 3-ply spun bonded polypropylene fabric that is used as a breathing underlayment for rain screen walls. It is waterproof, U.V. stabilized, rot proof and tear resistant.
